Simple utility to edit CD Text on MP3s?

Does anyone know of a simple utility that can be used to edit the CD-Text on MP3 files? Thanks.

MP3 files don't contain CD-Text. Perhaps you mean ID3 tags? There are several ID3 tag editors available around the net. Most of the useful ones with all the features needed are shareware, and who in their right minds would pay >$20 for an ID3 tag editor. You can pick up some ID3 tag editor source code at sourceforge.net and create your own prog.. but that may not be practical =\ Anyways, try going to Tucows.com and looking under the audio section, and also go to google.com and search for "id3 tag editor".

You CAN edit ID3s with WinAmp.

and version 2 id3 tags in winamp. so far i noticed longer filenames, more fields, and whatnot
