Simple stupid question regarding FSB

I just wanted to know, if I buy an Intel Pentium E2160 that has an FSB of 800 MHz, do I have to buy a motherboard that lists an FSB of 1066/800 MHz? I wanted to buy an ASUS motherboard that lists the FSB as 1333/1066 MHz.

Oh also if I decided to upgrade to a Quad-core down the road, does the CPU Type on the motherboard have to include Quad-core, or will any LGA 775 processor work?
