Anybody with an objective view of the world knows liberals are some of the biggest bigots and racists in the world.

The difference is they have somehow convinced themselves they arent and try to project the moral authority over other racists and bigots.

Pot meet kettle

wow.. yes those KKK members are probably liberals.. right

You do know the KKK was started by southern democrats after the civil war?

You do know that that "Southern Democrats" all went to the Republican party?

You do know there are racists in both parties and if you believe otherwise you are a tool.
But that is beside the point. YOU stated that southern democrats (todays republicans) started the KKK trying to make todays Democratic party look like dorks (which mind you they are..in their own special way.) But you are wrong because you didn't learn anything in your basic 6th grade history class. Now who is the tool?

You are not worth my time.

But there are FAR MORE de facto racists, primitive hard core racists, homophobes, and religious supremists in the Republican Party than there are in the Democratic Party. And if you believe otherwise, you are as blind and useless as a ball peen hammer in a computer repair kit.
Of course there are, but there are FAR MORE ultra-elite snobs, smelly tree-hugging hippies, hard-core communists, and dirty Red Sox fans in the Democratic Party.

And besides, I've fixed many a PC with a ball-peen hammer - one way or another.

Come on guys - The 'Blogger' is a Black Humorist that is using role reversals as his method of showing how ignorant
white society has reacted to a black GOP candidate. Satire at it's 'Black Humor' Best.

A slap in the face of Insecure White Bred 'Merica.

What do you mean why they get away with it? Republican policy sell out tax payers for the elite which is usually white NE types. Since most americans are poor and middle class and especially blacks are, black republicans are seen as cooning/uncle toming for a buck. Just like powell, cooned, and kept his mouth shut about the lies that lead our nation into war, mainly killing his brothers and sisters, all for a buck. Check out Powells net worth around 50 mill. mainly from 100K a pop "speaking fees" at DOD contrators to pimp war.

Getting ownd usually does that.

Name a progressive Democrat who opposed civil rights legislation. You don't mean Strom Thurmond do you? Who later became a Republican and who modern Republicans Like Lott champion for president? Oh he was a Democrat alright, but not a very progressive one.

Which party you think wrote and proposed the Civil Rights Act? Ever heard of Hubert Humphrey, George McGovern, Ted Kennedy? Here's a hint, not the party of Lincoln (former president who freed slaves .)

While the term "sambo" is not appropriate, a black man would have to be simple to run as a Republican. Hell, anyone who isn't rich would have to be simple to run as a Republican.

If you repeat a lie often enough, it becomes accept as the truth:
"left wing media" and "liberal media".

Fact is, media (and Hollywood) is owned mostly by conservatives.

Ya know, when you watch the bobble-heads, it hypnotises you into thinking...."Yes, he's right". (Rush).

Folks, most of you are smart--start thinking for yourselves instead of just repeating what others say.

Probably? Byrd (a former KKKman) has been a Dem "leader" for how many years?

Hollywood $$$, by and large, go to the Dems.

For the same reason liberals have traditionally gotten it. The people have been lied to, time and time again. For all those blacks who think liberals are doing good for them, Have a Look-see here.

Fortunately, the black community IS waking up. The last figures I saw (from 2000) showed the percentage of Blacks identifying as Democrats down from 74% to 63%.

Nah, I don't think so. People saw right through the Dem's pathetic attempts to politicize anything and everything Hurricane-related. A big Bush bash / hate session, per usual. The voters won't forget :D

Steve Gilliard is black, and his use of the "simple sambo" routine an inside joke, an attack on Steele for being everything that white racists paint blacks to be. At least in Gilliard's opinion. His views on race are quite strong, largely viewing black republicans as delusional tools of the white establishment, and also very critical of Dems who'll consort with the enemy, so to speak. He recently denounced Lieberman-

"As a black man, I'm real glad Lieberman fought for civil rights long ago. But what good is that if he dines with racists now? And that is what Atrios pointed out, that NR has never renounced one racist word they have published. Not one. Not from Sobran or Derbyshire.

Wittman, I don't want to hear about the past. I want to hear about the present and why Lieberman would attend a function of racists. Why would a man of such character attend a meeting of such vile people [...]

So why is he sitting at the head table of racists like Buckley, who's race baiting is legendary and archived, and Rush Limbaugh, who's disdain for blacks is well known.

No, I'm afraid you're the wrong one here. Lieberman had no business at the National Review, except to protest it, and instead he sat at the head table. I think the Lieberman of 1964 would be ashamed of the Lieberman of 2005.

If any apologies are owed, it's from Lieberman associating with the Brooks Brothers racists set. Or you might think that the National Review isn't racist. But you have more sense than that."

Actually, they were. And many still are! Living almost out of the US, you wouldn't know about things way down here.

Didn't the Republicans try and do pretty much the same thing? Instead of admitting that FEMA may have made mistakes, it all became about how NO is a crummy liberal town with stupid residents and crappy leaders. I don't know about you, but attacking the victims of a natural disaster just doesn't seem like a smart PR move. Right up there with "come on, she was wearing a short skirt".

I realize them acting like a bunch of jackasses tends to attract a few voters, but if they keep it up, I think you'll be surprised what the voters will remember come election day :D

Also, this topic is just dumb. The "liberal media", embodied in a satirist blog? That's almost as bad as people complaining about the liberal media and using the Daily Show as their example.

The parties switched around. Liberals went from Repubs to Demos and vice versa.[/quote]

Approximately when did this happen?
