simple question that needs answering please

this should be an easy question for lots of you people.

i bought a dvd box set from frys a few days ago. today i saw it at circuit city for $10 cheaper. even though its opened and i watched it already, can i get a price match from frys?
 
If you want a hassle free price match, here's two suggestions:

1) Bring a copy of the circuit city ad with you to Fry's
2) Also bring your local CC phone number just in case they actually call to confirm it's in stock and the price
 
Probably an easier senario.....

1. By the DVD at CC. Do not open.
2. Bring the DVD from CC to Fry's and return for refund. 😉

Not really sure if there would be any difference on how the DVD are packaged.

Or bring a copy of the ad from CC, your Fry's receipt and see if Fry's pricematches.

 
thanx guys. ill probably just go back there with CC phone number and see if they will PM it. im sure there wont be a big hassel. i just wasnt sure about DVDs
