Simple Question on ATI AIW Install Help

I am about to install my new AIW AGP Video Card.

My question is:

Do I need to remove the current software drivers from my old card (Diamond Viper) prior to loading in the new card.?

I would Absolutely, and I prunned my registry as well to get rid of traces of my old 3dfx card. Go to Rage3d and take a look at the installation guides and check their forum. Clean installs with the Radeon cards will save you a lot of headaches for sure.
