With the promo packages out there for 50 bucks (and some coupons around online).. is it worth the money to upgrade?
 
I suppose you are talking about from 98SE to ME. Well, yeah 50 bucks ain't that much. I like it. Ask yourself, in 2 years time if you don't, won't you feel like a blast from the past with your Win98?
