I run w2k sp2.
Suddenly my drive A: 1.44 floppy drive isn't listed in "My Computer" menu, altho it boots up fine and makes noises.
Also, I suddenly don't have a choice to put my computer on 'standby', only restart, logoff or shutdown.
I'm not a computer idiot here, but these problems seem to have simple answers but I have no idea what they could be at the moment. I will check my IDE cable with the floppy, but that seems a bit weird considering I built my machine, know how well its plugged in, and think the light would either be constantly on or off on it, but its working properly.
I don't know if these two are correlated.
