Simple question about ICS (Internet Connection Sharing)

Correct me if i'm wrong, but on any given *client* machine, there's a max of ten users while using ICS in 2000 or 2003...?

My question is: On a member server, specifically one that is running Server 2003, is there any limit (imposed by Windows itself, not situationally like being related to bandwith, available IPs, etc...) to the number of users that can access the functionality provided by ICS?

As a corollary, if anybody happens to know, do the same rules, restrictions and what not apply to ICS running on a Windows 2000 member server? And if there are rules/restrictions/etc, do they vary from W2K Pro vs. W2K Server/Adv. Server/Datacenter?
 
There's a 10 concurrent connection limit on MS server things like IIS, SMB/CIFS, etc but I don't know if they included ICS in that or not. Regardless, I don't know of any connection limitations on Server editions of Windows, even if you don't have enough licenses for things they usually just log an error but let the connection continue.
