Simple question about 5-pin ps connectors

I'm just received a cold-cathode light that I'm about to use in my first case mod. I ordered the light from 2Cooltech, btw.

Anyhoo, it comes with 2 5-pin connectors, 1 female and 1 male. Will this provide me the same functionality as a pass-through connector; in other words, can I chain something like a 120mm fan to the unused connector on the light?

On a related note, if I can connect something (like a 120mm fan) to the unused connector on the light, will the switch on the light control both the light and the fan?

Well, I'll reply to myself since I got an answer from 2cooltech, and thought somebody else here may have the same question at some point.

Yes, you can chain another device to the extra 5-pin connector, and no, the rocker switch will not turn the other device (fan, etc...) on/off.
