to run my fsb in snyc with my ram

in other words 400fsb/400ram

do i choose by spd or 6/6 divider?

choose any of the Divider Ratios that equal 1 to run 'sync'.
(ie: 5/5 .... 3/3, 4/4, 6/6)

I suggest 5/5 or 6/6. Most owners better results with 5/5.

SPD ,,, on the other hand,,, is for memory timings.
(SPD is supposed to read information off of the memory and sets timings accordingly)
I suggest leaving it at SPD until you know what your memory is supposed to run with.

His brand new memory CH-5 that he got from me can run @ cas2 (5322_7322 or 11322) up to 460Mhz :)
