Simple PSU question

I'm thinking about getting an evga 8800 GTS ($279 AR at newegg) and it says you need 26A on the 12V rail, i looked at my psu and it says 17A on one 12V rail and 15A on the other, does this mean i have 32A total on my 12V rail so the psu would be alright for run this?

also does anyone know how loud this fan is? I water cool my cpu and northbridge so the case temps stay nice an low, plus it had good ventilation.

my PSU is an antec 450W that came in my sonata II, i'm running an e4300 at 1.4V, with this and my 1 hard drive and this card, will teh psu be enough?
 
I will not pay for that. Tells me i need 380 for my system. Its full of ******! Oced to 3ghz, 8800GTS, 4 sanyo dekies, and a couple more items.

No. The two rails have a max. combined rating that the manufacturer may or may not have shared with you.

Without getting into the ongoing war over Antec too much... I would replace it. Especially if I were plonking down $300 for a video card.
 
Wow...just checked out the specs on that Antec 450...only 260 watts on the combined +12v rails. So yeah, I'd look for another PSU.

* +5V, +12V1, 12V2 and +3.3V maximum output: 410 Watts max
* +5V and +3.3V combined output: 150Watts

(410-150 = 260 unless I did something wrong).
