Simple OEM Audigy question.

Can someone tell me what the sticker on the back of the OEM Audigy cards has printed on it? I got a card today that obviously had the sticker removed.

Is there anybody out there.....with an OEM Audigy and the inclination to peek at the back of the PCB?

Don't have the OEM but my Audigy MP3 has this on the sticker:
