simple ? Neopower 480 or Modstream 520?

I'd say the Neopower over the Modstream anyday... the modstream was appropriately named, it's a pared-down modified version of the Powerstream-- It doesn't have the adjustable rails, has less heatsink space (equalling less efficiency) to make up for the 120mm fan. Granted, the Neopower has a 120mm fan as well, but it was designed from the ground up as a unit, not modified from an existing design. Maximum PC put them head to head and the Neopower came out on top... Just my two cents.

They are both excellent PSU's no doubt however... I'd just pick the Neo.

either or, I think the OCZ looks better, I am sure they are equally capable.

the cabling is nicer on the OCZ though.

I was considering getting a the modstream 450 but I decided against it and got the Fortron Blue Storm 500 instead. You should check out the review for the modstream on silentpcreview.com. Apparently the cables are very stiff and hard to work with and the fan has a clicky noise. The neopower looks pretty good. I just wish it had presleeved cables. I'd probably pick up a neopower for now if I hadn't already spent more than I anticipated on my new system.
