simple MP3 quality boost

the default winamp equalizer comibined with the normalization of more mp3s (all but the quiet ones) results in serious clipping. lower the preamp in the equalizer about 1/3rd of the way and turn up the main volume... it sounds much better.

Wow. You're right. All this time I thought that my MP3s were clipped.
