(9/16)*100 : (3/16)*100 : (3/16)*100 : (1/16 )*100

Think thats pretty much it?

Take 100 divide by 16. Then multiply the result by 9. Take the result of 100/16 and multiply by 3. Finally, take the result of 100/16 and multiply by 1.
