Simple (?) log-off script question.

Hi!
I´m almost totally lost in this log-on, log-off script world so i need your help. This is what i want the log off script to do on the clients:
[*]Make a copy of a locally stored file and put that copied file on a mapped drive(already mapped at logon).
[*]Overwrite without user intervention the file that was copied to that drive at the previous log off.

The enviroment is w2k clients and w2k server acting as PDC (Active Directory).
Is this possible to do and if so; how?
TIA
