Simple last will and testament: Where? How?

Hi,

I need to make a fairly simple will.

I have researched a little on the Net and have done some preliminaries.

How do I find a inexpensive way to get it put into proper legal form and notarized?

I'm in the Northwest by the way.

hmm its not expensive to have a attorney do it. mine was simple and straight foreword and it cost me $150

I feel I need to get a lawyer or paralegal type to vet the language and form.

I need to name an executor and it can't be anyone in my family. (Best to have an impartial party implementing the will.)

I guess that means getting a lawyer on board in some professional capacity.

Also, I was wondering how much it should cost. Two or three hundred dollars sounds reasonable.

I guess I need a professional fiduciary.

Basically I just want one person to get a yearly amount and when they pass on give the rest to charities.
