We use Outlook 2003 here at work. Before my HD died a few weeks ago, I used rich text messages and when I inserted attachments (Insert --> File), the files would not be embedded directly into the message body as icons. Instead, a file listing would show up underneath the subject line.
Now, after installing the new HD, OS, programs, etc., I can't seem to figure out how to not embed the attachments. I've looked over every setting in Outlook, but for some reason, the attachments are still being embedded as icons into the message body.
I know I can compose plain text messages for it to work, but I swear it's possible with rich text.
Any ideas?
