Simple IOS style launcher for android tab

I gave my toddler a cheap android tablet to keep her away from my iPad.. I need a simple IOS style (meaning no app drawer, I don't care about the design) to hide the tablets confusing ICS interface. Suggestions? I used a kid friendly launcher but that's oddly selective about apps - it only displays what it deems as kid friendly apps with no way to customize/force add.

I use Holo Launcher (paid version), you can customize (and lock) the app drawer, create tabs and place apps in certain tabs, and hide apps

yeah, i know you don't want an app drawer

Download nova launcher, put all the apps you want on the homescreen(s), turn on auto add app to homescreen when one is installed, then delete the app drawer button out of the dock.
