Simple, free network monitoring software

I'm not sure my DSL/LAN setup is working correctly:

DSL line going into a Belkin Wireless 7231-uka router which serves Wireless to a PCI card in a 1900XP, 512mb. and a Qtek 9090and CAT5 to a A64 3200, 1Gb.

I'm getting constant dropped signals from the Wireless PCI card (yet it's even the same one that came free with the router)

File Transfer speed between units is cr@ppy to say the least. (can't watch a film through it)

The DSL line might be giving me a bit of jip as FF is slow as hell

Basically, I need to see what's going on; any software to help me?

Monitoring Software would give you information about functional Network, but would not help you to fix None functional Wireless connection.

You need to go over your Wireless configuration make sure that it is configured correctly and you are within the range.
