This should be straight Gauss Law, but my answer is not correct:

I think they may have done a dE/dr on that equation, but my calculus and EM stuff is eight years old. Bad memories of a course I did really well in. Used to be a joke picture in our department that showed a before and after picture: Before 3rd year EM: Garfield the Cat. After 3rd year EM: Bill the Cat. 😀
