simple copyright question

Is it against the forum rules to compile data from an Anandtech review, put it in a table, post it on the Anandtech forums in a thread for reference (ie. frames per second in a game)?
 
It is information published for everyone to see, so I would assume that as long as you give proper credit, you can use it.

(but I'm not an expert)

Actually, if we're just talking about pure data, I'm not even sure copyright would apply to it.
