simple cat-driver upgrade question

getting ready for the imminent cat 3.4 driver.
i have a new machine so just decided to installed 3.1 from the box.
to upgrade do i first need to uninstall 3.1 or can i install over when i get the new drivers?
 
I've always uninstalled the previous ones, then reinstalled the other drivers after rebooting. Supposidly your supposed to clean your registry entries before you reinstall. I have only cleaned the registry one time on a cat driver upgrade. If you have any probs you might have to do that.


Never had any probs just uninstalling, then reinstalling the cntl panel and drivers. 🙂
