Simple C++ question

Is there a predefined function in Visual Studio C++ that I can use to determine if a variable is an integer? If there isn't one can u tell me the easiest way to check if a variable is an integer? Please help ASAP, thanks a lot!

I got the answer, I can use isdigit(). Thanks anyways....
