oh ok, i saw at some college that you had to be A+ certified before you could take the the Microsoft Certified Class.

Get a+ cert anyway. Easy as pie. Well, almost.

They're a bunch of tards if they made A+ a prerequisite for MS certs. They're not related at all.

some places might make it a prerequisite to taking a class, just to try to weed out the "paper chasers"

At that comunity college taking the A+ course may be part of the prerequisites but nowhere does MS say that to become certified by them you need to be A+

Certified really doesn't mean much anymore. I got tons of friends that are MCSE certified, and they told me that employers are looking more for experience nowadays. Well, if you don't have much experience, it will get you an interview though.

Yeah, employers want experience for key positions (ie- systems admin, network admin, security admin, etc), but a MS Cert on top of that usually brings a salary enhancement. For instance, for each MS Cert I get I get a $1000 raise.
