SIMM memory for HP Pavilion

Hi all,
I am looking to up the RAM on my old HP Pavilion 8140. This requires DRAM that comes as SIMM chips (72 pin), something that is not made all that much.

Any recommendations on where I can get this cheap? I looked at some of the sites but I am confusec by the jargon like 8x32 and so on.
How do I determine what I need?

You won't be able to get it for cheap. Simms are very expensive due to their limited availability. My suggestion: EBAY.
