I have SimCity 3000, and I've never played SimCity 4. If anybody has this, is it worth the upgrade?

I bought it yesterday and have yet to install it. My brother bought it last week and I watched him play it. It looked really awesome.

I had the game and it was fun. The graphics are great but after awhile I felt like I playing the old sim cities. I think its worth $30 if you liked the other versions.

You can always sell it in the forsale/trade forum for about half of what you paid for it.

Which means you can buy it on the FS/FT forums for half off. If I see it for $15, I'll be all over it.
