SIMAP for January 2012 up and running!

SIMAP will issue January 2012 work units in about 16 hours. (5 JAN 6:00 UTC)

Typically, the work will last about a week to ten days. Then we do it again next month.

SIMAP is the project with the best ROI (Return on Investment) because the work we do each month is immediately available for scientists to reference in their research.

I encourage our newest members to try it!

That is never good. I lost a few hours because one of my linux boxes had boinc shut down 2 times unexpectedly. Same machine crunched just fine for the F@H race, so I don't think it is an overclock issue. Wasn't due to overheating either since it got down to 71*F in my living room last night.
Back up and running for the past 2 hours now (cpu temp at 55*C per xsensors).
