Sim City.com - WTF is their problem ?!

Load some pages in IE and you'll see it downloads 100 "items" for a single webpage. Since I don't like cached pages, I have IE set to check for new versions on every visit... I have to load all 100 items while browsing through there. Even so...

W T F is wrong with them ? 100 items on a webpage ?!
