Isn't there a way to generate random regions and stuff in Sim City 4?
Last time I played (a long time ago) I swear you could do it. Just installed again and can't seem to remember how to do it?

I can create a new region but its either all land or all water. I can manually create new landmasses but i thought there was a way to automatically generate them?
 
I thought that you could only create land or water. If you want I think you could download new regions online. I lost my disks, so I can't look into the game about it.
