Silvestone RV02-E + Asus Maximus IV Extreme

Hey everyone, I'm a bit concerned about the compatibility with my Case and Motherboard. I'm about to order the case off Amazon and the Motherboard from NewEgg when its available.

From what I understand the RV02-E doesn't support E-ATX Motherboards, however, in the specs on Silverstone's website it says "Motherboard: SSI CEB, ATX (maximum 12” x 11”) , Micro ATX". Now on ASUS's website it states that the Maximus IV Extreme is a "Extended ATX Form Factor 12 inch x 10.6 inch ( 30.5 cm x 26.9 cm )". Simple math dictates that it should fit in the RV02-E, with .4 inches to spare...

Now, am I missing something when it comes to an E-ATX motherboard? I've never owned one before, so I'm not sure if the Extended ATX has any differences other than general size. Will I have any problems assembling? If anyone has any experience or suggestions, I would appreciate it.

The Rampage IV fits fine in Silverstone's ass-side-up cases. E-ATX is one inch wider than ATX, so you may have a few less cable-routing options, but that's all.

The AM4E might be listed as an E-ATX board but the thumbscrew locations on the board where you must align to the Raven is in accordance w/ an ATX form factor.
