Silverstone Temjin TJ06 and Arctic Cooling Freezer 64

Planning to use these components on an Asus A8N-E...has anyone ever tried it? I want to know if the windtunnel will interfere with the HSF. Im thinking if it doesnt fit, ill just dremel a hole so the HSF extrudes. I wonder if that would defeat the purpose of the windtunnel? any thoughts would be helpful.

i wouldnt even get that hsf. get an thermalright xp120 or xp90, they will beat that anyday, and will fit in your case.

I was about to get an XP90, but price and the quiet factor played apart. I got the Freezer64 on sale..but if it doesnt fit, I may have to get the XP90.

The XP90 should run you about $25-$30 and add a decent 92mm fan (not even $10?) and its about the same as an AC64, no? I own an XP90 + a H1a Panaflo which is listed as a 35dba and running it full speed and its barely audible.

i don't see how people can possibly hear the noise of a zalman or xp90. i have the case open and most of the noise is teh 6800gt stock cooler. the zalman is inaudible a full rpms.

thanks oddyager, good to know. Ill just pick up an XP90 and panoflo from SVC. I bought the Freezer 64 for 28, thats why i figured id try to make it work with the Temjin case.
