SILVERSTONE SUGO SG02-BF Black ABS / SECC Steel MicroATX Desktop Computer Case

Yep, using it as my HTPC case. I like it. Supports full size power supplies and decent sized video cards. If you want to use a aftermarket CPU cooler it needs to be under 85mm tall I believe which limits your choices, but there are some decent ones.

Good info, J - thanks. I guess I can assume that if I'm not overclocking and I'm using a stock HSF I'll be fine? This would be for my wife, and no crazy stuff will be happening with it.

My only problem with that case was swapping out the fan by the hard drive cage unless I missed something in the manual it was a pain swapping it out.

Oh yeah, the stock HSF will be fine on a non overclocked cpu. I was running my X2 4850e lightly oc'd on the OEM cooler for a bit with no heat problems before switching to my Athlon II X3. Case is not super for keeping things cool, but is not too bad either, pretty decent for a SFF case. I did add an additional quiet 80mm fan up top to help exhaust and replaced the intake next to the HDD's with a better one.

Nice solid little case. I have some photos of mine in my forsale thread....You just gotta plan your build wisely and take some xtra time for some nip and tuck action.

Photos are at the bottom just scroll down.

MB in this one is a full size matx board 9.6 x 9.6 which is kind of a pain to get in there but it's doable.

Thanks for all the input. Jhat, I see a place to mount that top fan you added - is there also an opening in the sheet metal?

I'm thinking of this for my wife's new machine. Just a basic web/photo and video transferring/office box. I'm thinking a small microATX system with an X2 usin onboard graphics. Any 350watt PSU will fit in this, right?

Thanks,
Don
