Took a chance on this ebay listing:

It does say scratch and dent, but this is what I received:

It's literally a brand new case, and I managed to get it for $8 + $17.89 for shipping (may vary depending on where you live). You can offer a bit less, and it seems to instantly give you a response after you submit your offer. The seller is actually Origin PC (at least my paypal invoice says so). I may have gotten lucky, so YMMV!

No eBay links.

Does is have a built in PSU? or does it hold a ATX PSU? what is that box towards the front?

*Edit* Pulled the trigger anywho... started with $3... finally got accepted at $7, I am guessing it hard-coded to accept at $7, seller expects ~ $25 total

It supports an SFX or SFX-L PSU's (no psu included), which is placed by the front I/O ports, and an internal extension cable connects to it (power plugs in from the back). The white box towards the front is just the cardboard box that housed all the accessories and parts for the case (screws, fan filters, etc).

Was gonna get a Silverstone 400w PSU, but settled on a cheaper 200w PSU since I'm going to run a small instance of xenserver (or esxi, haven't decided) on it.
