Silverstone SG05 PSU

I was set on buying the SG05 until I was told it only takes SFX PSUs. Since its the smallest ITX case out there, I wanted to use this hybrid PSU http://www.amazon.co.uk/Be-Quiet-Pure-Power-L8-CM/dp/B005JRGVAW

Can some of the owners help out please on which silent fan they have?

I'd just use one of Silverstone's own SFX units, they're quite good. ST45SF-G, SX600-G or even the larger SX500-LG.

Not quite sure I got this right - are you asking what case fan owners of SG05 are using? Most of them are probably using the included case fan... I get the feeling this isn't what you mean though

If you want a quiet SFX PSU, you'll probably want the new SFX-L PSU that lehtv mentioned. They made the PSU slightly longer (so make sure to take that into account), but by doing that, they were able to fit a 120mm fan into it instead of the usual 80mm fan.

Using the stock Silverstone SFX 450w.

The modular one is pricier but would be my recommendation.

I am using a standard Intel HSF.

Nope what PSUs the owners are using

My brother has an SG05 with the bundled Bronze 450W unit. It's OK, makes a bit of noise but not as much as the stock Intel cooler. I imagine the Gold rated version is noticeably quieter.
