Silverstone or Ultra X3?

I am getting ready to ship out my Silverstone Decathlon 750w modular PSU for RMA. I have been looking at the X3 Ultra as a replacement, I particularly like the flat cabling it has. Anyone here use the X3? If it is better in build quality than the Silverstone and doesn't make a loud high pitched squeal under load, I would like to get one and sell the new replacement Silverstone when it gets back. Thanks for any help.
