It seems well engineered, but at almost $190 at Amazon, it sure is pricey for a 450w unit. It sure does look purty though. 😛
However, when a person can buy a similar PSU for under $120 at Corsair that features a fan (which shuts off when not under a large load), it's a tough sell. The biggest downside for me is if a person pushes the SliverStone unit enough, all that heat will go into the case, and would either sit in there (or cause the case fans to run at a higher RPM).
