Silverlight not working after fresh OS install.

Netflix worked fine this morning. Had some issues and needed to reinstall Win 7.
Got Chrome going, got Silverlight installed.
But vids dont load. Just get to 4% and stay there.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Doest work.
Tried doing it in IE, doesnt work.

Ideas?

Its definitely the new installation.
Went to my game machine and logged into Netflix. Plays fine, HD and all.

Ever get this resolved? I built a new rig, installed Windows 7, and now have the exact same problem.

If you turned off any services you cannot disable tablet service even if you don't have a tablet pc. I found that one out after spending hours with silverlight not working.
