Hi,
I am currently running Windows 8.1 Pro x64 (IE11 and Chrome browsers) with a default deny SRP (as learnt from mechbgons great guide). I am quite comfortable trouble shooting most issues and creating path rules to ensure the system runs correctly.
I am stuck on an issue with Silverlight though on both browsers. I need the plugin for Amazon Prime video and whilst the plugin appears to load and the Amazon loading graphic animates, after around 20 seconds it just displays an error message Video Error (1001:6205)
With the SRP disabled it plays fine within a couple of seconds but there are no SRP blocks listed in event viewer and despite making unrestricted paths for everything Silverlight I can find (both x86 and x64 Program folders and all listings in user appdata) to try and locate the issue it just wont work.
Im guessing it needs to write some data somewhere but I cant seem to ascertain where.
Any ideas? Have I missed something blindingly obvious?
Thanks
