Where can I find a good silver metallic colored case with a clear window side panel? I found those Antec/Chieftec Alienware look alikes, but they are a bit too big for me. Looking to build a nice, compact gaming machine, and do not need all that room. Some mid tower case with a clear window side panel is what I am looking for, and would prefer a silver metallic color. Would not mind an aluminum case if it is not too expensive. Thanks for your suggestions!

It depends on what you think is too expensive. I love my Lian-Li but some would think $150 is too much. Once you check the case out in detail you will see why it is $150. The removeable PS mount, the removeable FDD and HDD cages, the removeable mobo tray with support for your cards, four fans and the quality of build. I have a Lian-Li PC 60 series and I love it. Unless im building a cheap machine for a friend on a budget I wont use anything else.

I would suggest the Lian-Li PC65. It's just the old PC60 with a window. They either make that in a USB version or that one IS a USB version. If that's important to you, make sure you get the one you want. Go to Pricewatch.com and Pricescan.com to check for the best prices. Pricewatch usually wins, but you never know.

Check out this case here.

I just ordered one for $111 shipped and it should arrive early next week. I did a lot of research on the Skyhawk 4610 and it got GREAT reviews. Lot cheaper than Lian-Li's (I have a modded PC-60 and didn't want to spend as much this time around).

Good luck :)

edit: sorry for the double post, damn refresh. BTW, the trim on that window looks BUTT UGLY. I'm going to try and paint it silver, if it doesn't look good, I'll redo the window.

I bought mine from Fry's Electrontic store for 99.00 but last time I check it was down to 89.00..nice case with window in the side...It has USB, Firewire, and microphone ports. I bought this without power supply but 89.00 case finally come with it.
