The 1st writing sounds [APSNY] & means Abkhasia (in Abkhasian language)
The 2nd one means: Republic of Abkhasia (part of Georgia, if somebody doesn't know) in Russian Language.
Russian is spoken in Abkhasia too.
ÇÛ I meant Georgia located in Europe.
