Can a shareholder of Nvidia buy a rtx3080 directly from them? or shareholders won't or can't receive a special treatment?

I'm tired of looking at out of stock - sold out images on the web.

Anybody can buy a card straight from nVidia. Shareholders get no special treatment when it comes to retail availability.

No you can't, for an rtx 3080 you have to buy from Best buy, and all i see is sold out all the times.
