2. Subscription Fees. You agree to pay the quarterly, semi-annual or annual fee in the amount set forth at the Site, including any applicable taxes, government surcharges or other charges incurred on account of your access to the Premium Member Services. ANANDTECH reserves the right to increase its fees at any time upon notice posted in advance on the Site. Premium Services may be discontinued, with or without notice, upon expiration of your subscription thereto. Your submission of payment authorization constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions contained herein. Your subscription term begins the date you are provided access to the Dedicated Server. Payments are non-refundable.

Yes, subscribers can get banned, and the sub fee is not refundable, as it is normally the poster's stupidity that caused them to get banned 🙂

If U get ban, you still be able to view and read right? If not, you can just delete your cookies. 😀
 
Yes, the banning just prevents you from posting, sending PMs, et cetera. You can actually still log in but you can't do anything.
