Silly ebay question

For some reason non us residents cant bid on my auction, im trying to figure out where i can change it so they can but i cant find anything. Any one know where i can change that setting?

I think it's done when you set up your ebay auction. I'm not sure if it's a setting you can change afterwards though.

I'm still trying to figure out how you can limit to non credit card Paypal...

You can't. It you selct Paypal as a payment option then you HAVE to accept CC.

I just put in my auction I take "online payment" then e-mail them the address.

I don't think you can limit to non CC paypal. Actually I think ebay came out with a policy about that a few months ago.

No just canadian bidders, thats all.
I didnt see any options when setting up the auction to make it usa or worldwide.

login to ebay account.
Go to preferences under my account on the left hand side of your myebay screen.
Scroll down to selling preferences.
Click show buyer requirements.
Edit buyers in countries which I don't ship.
You then must select ship to US only when creating your auctions.

Wait for the 10 cent listing day which I think is coming up soon.

I already created my auction, thats the problem. But even after doing that it still doesnt allow me to change it so i can ship to canada.
I know you can change this somewhere because when i bid on something a while ago i had the same problem. Later the seller changed something which allowed me to bid.

I think i figured it out, theres a buyer requirements exemption list so i add the user there he will be able to bid.
