Her software requirements are "Office and Adobe Writer" 🙂 We have some online forms and stuff she needs to fill out as well... 8 gig of RAM should be plenty... haha 🙂

Those sites are funny... I'll spec out a huge machine and we can all laugh about it here 🙂
 
Spec out the huge machine, send her a copy of the ending invoice and say (lie) that you've sent it over to management for approval.

EDIT: Doesn't sound like she wants 1gb wireless, more like 1gb ethernat AND have it be wireless capable. So, you can really match all her requirements 😀
 
I like the idea of actually pricing out such a PC for her then pricing it out again as a laptop/portable version. Show her the price. I bet she changes her tune. If not. . .CHA CHING!
