silkroad error

I've been playing a korean mmorpg called SilkRoad lately, and have been encountering some problems. At first it was fine to play, and then when I would double click the icon a while after installing it, I would get an error screen telling me the program had to shut down. I un-installed the program, and installed it again. This seemed to clear it up. It has happened again, and the fix that I tried does not work. Any suggestions? Here is a picture of the error.
