Hmm, good find, but the Mushkin ECO2 with SMI controller and MLC NAND, is often $120 for 512GB on sale.

Kind of toss-up. I really like my Silicon Power 240GB S60 MLC SSD, but I have no experience with their TLC SSDs.

Yeah I would go for the Mushkin ECO2 512GB as it's only $8 more right now and ECO2 has more space, MLC NAND and better random speeds.
