so hopefully in the next 5-7 years(he may say 3-5, but who knows what delays may happen) silicon based batteries may come out. this would give desktop replacement laptops good power and portability.
it would make battery powered cars and electric cars an actual use. because nobody wants to go 200 miles and then have to wait two hours or more for the battery to recharge.
what do you guys think about this?(sorry if its a repost. i searched in highly technical, cars, and here and found no subject of this)
edit: i found a subject on the GM Volt, which will use these batteries, but not on the battery tech itself.
