Hello all

I am at the moment I am looking for a video card that would fit in my Shuttle SN41G2 SFF. But need some help.

What I am looking for:

A graphics card in the 9600 or FX 5700 range
Fanless but heatsink cooling, this will be in a SFF so the heat sink can't be very big :-(
Dual DVI

So far I have found these two:

Gainward FX5700 But this is too large as I have a sound card in the PCI slot

or

Sapphire Radeon 9600XT But does not have Dual DVI

Also as a side note if anybody has set up a fanless graphics card in a SFF what temp rises did they notice?

I have the Sapphire Radeon 9600XT, and I have not seen any problems at all with it. The card runs CS:Source, HL2 and UT2k4 flawlessly on my P4 with no need for detail reductions. As for Dual DVI, i don't really have any experience with it, so I can't help you there.

The Sapphire's heatsink is a bit big though, especially since it extends on both the front and back faces of the card, so you may want to be careful about that. Comparing it to the Gainward, the heatsink might actually be larger.

Fanless with Dual DVI = good luck! :p

Only card I can think of that fits that bill is the Matrox P650. Which is neither cheap nor fast.
