silent hill tomorrow

Some of the CGI effects in the trailer make me laugh, particularly that one where a zombie or whatever has one hand raised and is moving towards the screen... he looks like a paper cutout. Plus the girl saying "I'm the reaper" or whatever just gets me to laugh. The movie looks terrible.

I'll be watching it with my brother at 5:30 Central. I'll post a mini-review. I never played the game so I have an open opinion.
 
Surprisingly, it didn't suck as much as I was expecting it to...I wanted to see Friends With Money or American Dreamz, but they didn't show at the time I was there.

Some of the writing was weak and there were parts where you wanted to scream in frustration...but overall I thought it was one of the better video game movies I've seen. (I know, that's not saying a lot)

At least the actresses playing Rose and Cybil are hot.
